Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During launch periods or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Carrier:

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times:

• Australia: Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — Express option available at checkout.
• Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details from Australia Post.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in their destination country.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sleepwithzeda@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
