Refund Policy

We hope you love your ZEDA pieces as much as we do. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used bedding or worn sleepwear, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or style (subject to availability).

Customers are responsible for return postage; ZEDA will cover shipping for the replacement item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at sleepwithzeda@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
